Policies and Reminders
All appointments need to be paid in full 24 hours prior. This applies for new and regular clients.
No payment = No appointment
Please note: your payment is non refundable.No extra guests allowed. This is for safety and sanitation purposes.
If you exceed the 15 minute grace period, your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled.
Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the appointment - if not, a cancellation fee of R200 must be paid. If you do not pay the cancellation fee you will not be booked again.
